Introduction

Happy Birthday, travel blog! 

Your purpose is simple: maintain a regularly updated, engaging, and almost true account of my adventures. This adventure begins with my BYU Study Abroad program to Wales in the summer of 2013, though I pray that said program is not the end of my greatest adventure: the adventure of being alive. A lot of people take living for granted, they just assume that they will wake up each morning and do not much more than endure whole days with a hilarious amount of monotony. And because I'm human (a Blonde human, to top it all off), I sometimes catch myself falling into the very same trap. 

But for the next two months, I REFUSE to let that happen. I have worked too hard and for too long and have given up too much to allow monotony or entitlement to steal what I have one chance to experience. 

So, my little blog, your job is to help make that goal more of a reality. While your purpose is indeed simple, I think it could be vital to maintaining the components of what makes an adventure worthwhile: memories.
